The Willard Fire Department is located 30 miles south of
Lake Erie in Huron County. The fire department provides
Fire & EMS coverage for the City of Willard and the four
surrounding townships which include: Greenfield Twp,
New Haven Twp, Norwich Twp, & Richmond Twp.
The fire department covers a fire district of 82 sq miles and
an EMS district of 101 sq miles. The fire department
protects a population of 14,000. The fire department
protects an area that consists of residential, commercial
and industrial facilities within the district.

The Willard Fire Department has earned the ISO Class
Rating of 4.
